"We used Renaissance Floor and Carpet to replace every floor surface in our house, to include carpet, luxury vinyl and marble. Our project expert was Latif who guided us through product selection, design, measurement and installation. After narrowing down possible selections in the showroom, Latif came to our house with several samples so we could evaluate colors and textures in our home environment. He carefully measured each space and created a detailed project drawing for estimation and installation purposes. Installation was completed in two phases: second floor and then the first floor. Each team that came to our house during the installation phase was professional, courteous, efficient and expert in every aspect. Each team arrived on time each day they were scheduled. The installers moved the furniture and replaced it when done. Removal of old flooring was quick and efficient. They swept clean the spaces before new flooring was installed. We feel we paid a fair price for exceptional products and service. Latif was always available if we had questions during the project. He visited several times during the project to ensure the work was done to company standards and that we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend Renaissance Floor and Carpet for any flooring project you might consider."

They were patient and professional, gave us a competitive price, had a ton of wood flooring options to choose from, and installed beautiful oak and walnut floors in several rooms of our new house. I recommend going into their store to look at the selection rather than just browsing online, because they have more samples there and it's easier to see the true color of the wood in person. District Floors Depot was also flexible when there was an unforeseen power outage at our residence, and was able to reschedule us and complete the work quickly in time for our moving date. Finally, they did a really good job cleaning up and the place was gleaming and spotless after they were done. I highly recommend them!"

"Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! We were seriously getting desperate and didn't know if we were ever going to get our floor fixed. HUGE thank you to Brian for the expertly rescuing our floor! "

"A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

I already knew the LVP the I wanted, and he brought the sample to help me choose a coordinating carpet. He provided a fair price for the flooring and labor. Two different teams did the work - one team did the LVP flooring and one team did the carpeting. My basement looks brighter, and bigger, and I am very pleased with the entire process from order to completion. D&S Flooring definitely deserve a 5 star review for all they did on my basement. I really appreciated his approach to estimating the work, informing me about their process, and listening as he answered all my questions. The young man (didn’t get his name) who delivered the flooring was on time and placed the product neatly in the room in prep for installation. The installers (Christian and Gabriel) were awesome as they expertly completed the work, kept me informed as needed along the way, and kept my home clean throughout the process (i.e., removing old carpet/padding, preparing sub-floor, etc.). I had one existing problem area on the floor that I initially discussed with Aaron and he assured me they could handle it – and they did.
