GEN-X Renovations is a family owned company dealing exclusively with bathroom renovations of any kind. They are installers used by companies to install their products. They are a stand alone company doing bathroom renovations directly byy contract. They are very prof, do superb work, and give excellent suggestions when needed. They DO NOT price gauge like other well known companies tend to do. They are upfront with everything you inquire about and tell you the pros and cons of any project. They sell you the very best within your price range and do not try to get you to consider a project out of your budget. They are not HIGH PRESSURE sales people. I couldn't ask for a better company to do my much needed renovations. I highly recommend them and will submit pictures when the project is completed."

"David Devall is SUPERIOR! We suffered through the Great Flood of 2016 in Louisiana. Mr. David Devall was hired to reconstruct our bathroom by reinstalling a new bathtub and shower. He handled the entire process with such expertise and professionalism. The shower had to be removed first, and the demolition process was handled perfectly. He installed a beautiful new bathtub with fixtures, and provided a huge variety of material and natural stone to choose from. We picked the light Emperador. Mr. David installed this beautiful natural stone as an apron on the front, half-wall surround, and a lip on our window sill. It was stunning. He then installed the same light Emperador when reconstructing our shower. He installed a base, the light, the natural stone, a seat, an area for soap and shampoo, the beautiful fixtures, the shower door, and all trim and caulking. His work area is always clean and works with great skill and enthusiasm. He is always punctual and is consistent with following up when he feels that pertinent instructions relative to care of natural stone, etc., need to be provided. He is currently installing a backsplash in our kitchen. I found a sample of what I wanted online (Taos Picket Pattern), and he hunted it down locally. He makes the reconstruction painless as he offers the leg work to minimize the selection and ordering process. His skill, expertise, and prices are phenomenal, and he is a man of great character, integrity, compassion, trust, and dependability. I attached a couple of photos of the tub. I'm not writing this from home, but if I were, you would get a photo of the shower, too. AMAZING! He gets an AA+!"

Bob and his son Ron and their team did a great job on my house. They arrived punctually daily at 7 am and worked until 3 or later when necessary and left everything cleaned up at the end of the day. They pressure washed, prepped and caulked and put two coats of paint on the body, trim, including many pillars and iron railings. They repaired/replaced damaged/rotting siding and trim. They were undaunted by the height of the house and used a lift when needed. They were very responsive to my concerns and questions. I was amazed that they finished the job in one week! They are very professional and organized. Ron was here every day overseeing and working with the crew.  I am very pleased with the result and their performance. The house looks BEAUTIFUL! I highly recommend them and will be using them again.

"Our son had Saia Plumbing replace a sewer line a few months ago that was between his house and the street. The job went well so I called Saia to replace a broken sewer line under our house. I like that Mike Saia gave me a very detailed, broken down price quote. The guys who did the work (and this is incredibly hard work) arrived right on schedule, dug very carefully, tunneled under our house, replaced the pipe, and restored the area so well that it doesn't even look like anything was done there. Mike is very easy to work with, and quickly responded to texts and calls. I absolutely would hire them again."
