".Over the phone we determined that Troy would come on Saturday morning, if it didn't look like rain. I asked that he call Saturday to let me know if he was going to work or not. He didn't call but did show up in spite of the rain forecast,
Troy was through and did very little damage (just to door locks). His assistant  was not as careful about the cleaning, but when misses were pointed out, Troy stepped up to rewash items that the first pass had missed. My house is raised about three feet off the ground, so some window and shutter parts are not visible to a person on the ground. The water has to come from above to clean them. Troy went up on a ladder to  make sure i was happy with the second pass at those  problem spots.
Probably because my concrete steps looked so dirty, Troy also cleaned them. I think that the house looks a lot better after its bath
By the way, it was just starting to rain when they left.
I would hire the company again. Troy seems genuinely conserned that the customer is happy and likely to be a repeat customer.

"Marcio responded quickly to my inquires. He did a great job of explaining and demonstrating the problem areas of the existing roof with photos. Marcio and his team were always prompt. (In fact, he was usually a little early.) His team was efficient and cleaned the area at the end of each day. He also provided photos of the work while it was in progress. The job was completed on time in spite of a delay caused by unexpected rain. Marcio also did some roofing work for my mother in the past. Both of us are pleased with the end result and the price."

Then he painted the fascia on the gable and the caulked trim on the porch. Really good job. Impressed that without my saying he told me that he would wait for temps to warm up over 55. He also had great advice on cleaning fascia and soffit in the future. Highly recommend him. Will definitely hire him in the future for other projects."
