"Jordan and his helper were exceptional. Jordan was polite, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the products he was installing. It was a great pleasure working with Jordan. He went out of his way to make sure that we had a pleasurable experience with the installation of five windows in a door. At first we were expecting it to be a nightmare but Jordan made it into a dream. Window Depot is very lucky to have an employee like Jordan representing their company."

"Jim was right on time. He was very nice and professional. Only took him an hour to take out and replace the broken glass. He even swept up and cleaned window when he was done. I received five quotes from different companies and HB Windows was the cheapest. I was leary of that but after reading other reviews, I felt confident they would do the best job."

"I recently hired Raul to install new EV charger in my home, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, Raul was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The work was completed on time and within budget, and the attention to detail was impressive. The end result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Raul for any electrical needs. Five stars and A+!""

"Went great and was a great experience from the sales man to the installation. The salesman wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to up sell us but listened to our needs and reasons for updating. We replaced all our windows that were the original 40 year old aluminum single pane, the original sliding glass door, and had a storm door replaced with a solid door. The installation team was very professional, courteous, and the workmanship looks flawless."

"The window install went great very clean! Windows and front door look and work better than before!"

"We replaced our windows and front door, this was the smoothest installation we have ever had! They were very professional and respectful of our home. They did a fantastic job cleaning up and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. The gentleman that came to our house helped us figure out what manufacturer we wanted to go with. At first we figured a window is a window right? Wrong. He showed us multiple windows parts and samples, gave us the good and bad on each. We decided to go with their composite product which had the lowest profile frame as several of our rooms have narrow openings and we didn't want to lose out on light. The arrival of our items took a little longer than expected but wow was it worth it. Highly recommend!"

"This installer replaces my exterior door today. They did an excellent and professional job and arrived on time. I strongly recommend them to any one who may consider installing or replacing the door or window."

"Once the new windows arrived they were installed quickly with no mess to clean up. Old windows were taken away."

"The quality of the installation wasn't very good; I had to have them come back several times. They ended up having to install a new door. However, the main principle of the company did come out afterwards to make some minor adjustments and to make sure we were satisfied."

"While the tech did check the windows and doors, it felt like that was the secondary reason for his appointment and only after I suggested to him that he get started.  He spent more time trying to tell me about the other services that the company offered.  It felt more like a sales pitch.
