After a family member had a terrible fall. We wanted to replace it and have it custom-made so the railing went all the way to the top. And we wanted something dressy and would not just rod iron. George custom-made our staircase and now it is a showcase of our home we recommend 10 out of 10."

His team was very organized and efficient. They also stand behind thier work. We had some delamination of the material and they returned two times until it was repaired to our satisfaction. The products have worked well in the 4 years since the installation and repair.
