"Ahhhh, what a relief to get plumbing services from Plumbing Pros. We needed a large project done in our home in Athens, GA. I texted Sam Ivey and he responded immediately! On Christmas Day! That was on Friday. He had a professional plumber, Ethan Johnson, at our house on Monday to give us an estimate. We accepted his estimate and he began work the next day. The service was more complicated than he thought, but he did not change the estimate. He brought our 70 year old house up to code, restored water pressure in our kitchen, and ran new lines where necessary. PLUS, at our request, he replaced our 30 year old water heater at a reasonable cost. We had a slight misunderstanding on what day he would finish the job under the kitchen, but those things happen, and it was New Year's weekend. So far, we are delighted with Ethan's work and work ethic. We had called other plumbers who never even returned our call! I highly recommend Plumber Pros to anyone. Their customer service an communication skills are excellent!!"

"<p>We noticed a spot and, later, a hole in the ceiling above our entryway caused by something above leaking. Also, my wife wanted the faucet in one bathroom changed so it would match the new bathroom light and other fixtures we were installing. John took care of that for us. He inspected the two toilets and found the one above the entryway had a wax ring that had dried out and needed to be replaced and the other needed the seals replaced where the tank attached to the toilet bowl. He replaced the wax ring and seals. When replacing the wax ring John identified another problem where the plumper who installed the drain pipes used a glue to join the pipes together that was not designed nor approved for that purpose. He could not be certain it wasn't the pipe that was leaking without cutting a hole in the ceiling below the toilet to inspect the rest of the plumbing. He told us to wait to repair the ceiling until we were certain the leak had stopped. At first we thought the problem was resolved, however, discovered we still had a leak. We will schedule John to return to cut an access opening in the ceiling so he can fully inspect the plumbing to the upstairs bathroom and determine the root cause of the leak so it can be repaired.</p> <p>We called John for the repairs, as he had replaced our two water heaters on a previous job. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest, and reasonably priced. On both occasions, John was very thorough, explaining in simple terms what the problems were and his recommendations on how best to resolve the problem. With the water heaters, he explained the pros and cons of various models to include the volume of hot water needed to meet our needs and those of any future home owners, and the cost for each to purchase and operate. This allowed us to make the best decision of which model to purchase. It was obvious the was not only interested in doing the job right, but also in trying to save us as much money as possible. His advice to wait on repairing the ceiling has now saved us money by avoiding having to repair it twice now that we know it is still leaking and he will have to cut a hole in the ceiling to find the source of the leak and repair it. Had he done that on the original visit, it would have cost us more to repair a bigger hole, plus his labor had he checked things out only to find the leak had been resolved. I will definitely be using John for all or our future plumbing needs. I have already referred several friends to him.</p> <br />"

"Nothing much to say. I called them. A contractor came out with the right tools for the job and got the job done. He was knowledgeable and was in and out in 30 min. I live in Commerce, so I'm sure the price partially reflects time spent driving here from Athens. <br />"

"Our pump failed over the weekend, and my husband wanted it fixed ASAP. I called my first pick, but he was booked until Wednesday. Several other companies could not come out at all until weeks later. Finally, I found Septic Service Pro, and they agreed to send out a team late in the day. <br /> The team called to say they were running behind schedule, but then arrived even later than the new estimate. We were just grateful they came out at all (after facing traffic, then having engine trouble on the highway). They got there around 7pm or so and worked very hard until 10pm, I think. <br /> They drained the tank, installed a nice quality pump, and closed back up the hole. They advised us also on how to hook up the electricity so as to not void the pump warranty. <br /> The one area they fell short was that they buried the old power supply connection. This caused me trouble when the electrician went to hook up the new pump cord to the old power supply. We had quite a time locating it. <br /> I didn't get any other quotes, so I can't say for sure if the price is good or bad. It just seemed high to us, but then, this type of work is expensive--and for good reason. We did get about 15% off the bill, which is greater than the promised 10% they offer through Angie's List. Overall, we would recommend them. <br />"

"I couldn't ask for a better plumbing experience!!! As you see below, I'd been procrastinating with repairs, partly due to a fear of being taken for a ride with my money... or should I say away from my money. <br /> After playing phone tag for a couple of days due to illness of his staff, Ronny and I connected yesterday, mid-afternoon. I explained what was going on - (one toilet with a major leak, a second one inoperable, and a water heater ready to die) - and we arranged a visit later in the afternoon. When he and his assistant Antonio arrived a little before 5, I thought he was there to consult and set up a later appointment. WRONG! <br /> They stayed almost 5 HOURS (including two trips to HD and Lowes) and totally set me and my plumbing (household) straight!!! <br /> I learned my water heater was 34 years old. They had some messy jobs with old pipes and such, but both guys remained very nice and friendly, as well as professional and informative. <br /> I spent more than I'd planned, but now everything is done; and in my opinion, the price was more than fair, especially considering the time and the length of the visit. <br /> I strongly recommend 24/7, especially to those with the same fears I had before going into it! <br /> GIANT thanks to 24/7 and to Angie's List!!! <br /> <br />"

"My house had extensive water damage requiring $85K of complex repairs. Insurance paid for it but I had to select a contractor. All South Restoration was recommended to me and I'm very happy that I decided to hire them. First, they identified many repair items that were missed by a professional insurance adjuster and, based on their professional estimate and reputation, insurance agree to pay for additional repairs which saved me many thousands $$$ as otherwise I would have to pay for these repairs from my own pocket later on. Second, despite complexity of the project and current shortages of materials, the project was completed on time, as promised at the beginning, and on budget which means all the house repair cost was covered 100% by insurance and overall the house looks better than before flooding. Third, quality of work and materials is great and as promised with frequent and detail communication during the entire project. Since they were recommended to me, I'm passing on my sincere recommendation of All South Restoration services for any house repair or remodeling project."

"I wanted an update to my existing outdoor space. All I had was a slab of cement. Garrett and Sam gave me just what I requested, turning my dull old slab into a warm, inviting place to sit outside in. The project was done on time and on budget. I highly recommend this group to those who are searching for any upgrades to your house."
