"After careful consideration by qualifying 4 roofing companies and 2 expert witnesses, our association chose Aastro Roofing as our roofing contractor to replace the roof on our clubhouse and for all 23 building and 100 units just under $2MM including demo of gutters, sheathing, facia, replace domed ABS skylights with E5 triple pane glass low profile, Landmark Pro shingles, commercial sized gutters, repairing stucco and painting. We could not be happier with the end result. More importantly, after the job was completed, we did have a few issues that were repaired immediately. This is so important as here in South Florida, once a company has completed their work, they are not quick to service the customer. This was not the case with Jason Blair, CEO of Aastro. I cannot say less as we would hire this company again in 40 years when we need a reroof! You may enquire to Aastro as as to my identity as I will give the same glowing recommendation verbally as I have in this review. Ridge Pointe Woods, Boynton Beach, FL. The reason I am giving Aastro a rave review is because they earned it. After over 1 year after the install, they were quick to come when we called for a small leak. I feel service after the the completion of a large job is worthy of a glowing recommendation. I only wish they had a swimming pool company as our subdivision now needs a resurface!"

"My experience with Xpress Roofing was great. The value and quality of the work done to my house was superior. They were very professional and nice. I would definitely use them again. 👌"

"I couldn't be happier with the responsiveness, service and HONESTY I received from J&K roofing. Other roofers who evaluated our problem weren't interested in doing a small repair -- they wanted to upsell us on a whole new roof. But after inspecting the leak area, Mike from J&K said a repair was all that was needed. I called to request an estimate on a Wednesday, Mike was here Thursday morning, and by Friday, his 3-man crew -- headed by Chris -- was at our house as promised, and completed the repair in just 3.5 hours. Chris inspected the entire roof while he was here and gave me an assessment on the life of my roof. I will know if the repair solved the problem the next time it rains, but there is a one year warranty on their work, which gives me peace of mind. When the time comes to re-roof, I will definitely call J&K."

"Received call from Arden roofing and after brief discussion were able to come out very quickly to inspect the house and provide a quote. They provided a quote. It was incredibly accurate and within two days the team was out there repaired all cracked tiles, even several tiles that previously were not identified and completed the job successfully. Additionally, provided photos of all the pre-and post work that they did and will be sending me the necessary files that I can forward off to my insurance company. The entire job took less than an hour, and I am completely satisfied with the manner in which they responded to my request provided a quote and completed the job all within a very short period of time. Would definitely plan on using this company again if any further roofing events take place with any repairs necessary."

"We had a great experience with Neal Roofing - they were very professional and got the job done quickly. Highly recommended."

"I was contacted by Steve to come for an estimate on my flat roof. He set an appointment and arrived as scheduled. A definite plus to begin with. After inspecting the roof. He explained what he found and gave me a written estimate with no pressure to accept immediately. After having other estimates we decided to use Advantage roofing. We arranged for the repair and within a week the work was done. He supplied us with pictures to show exactly what he did. I certainly would recommend this roofer."

"We hired David Bange Roofing to replace our roof that was at the end of its life. Alex from David Bange followed up with us and came by to go over that quote. Alex explained the entire process for us and also advised us what s covered in the project. We got 4 quarters before we signed with David Bange Roofing. Our choice was based on the price and their reputation. All the other quotes we received did include some wood replacement costs. David Bange did not include any wood in their quotes but they were still well below the price of the other companies to where with the wood included they were in the same ball park as our other quotes. They did a great job with the entire project, they actually waited to start the roof until our tile was ordered and ready to be shipped to minimize how long our house sits around without tile. The site manager Jorge was very friendly and made sure that all his workers completed the job properly. He even came by after the employees left to make sure everything was cleaned up properly and made sure there was no debris or nails left behind. Jorge even went as far as painting our vents to blend in with the roof so they are not an eye sore. Over all we were very pleased with the service and quality of work provided by David Bange Roofing and would definitely recommend them!"

"I was so concerned with having to get a roof as several homes in my area had plywood or the peel and stick for months. The garbage left on the yards, etc really worried me. Tiger Team to the rescue. Excellent work! Clint provided the estimate and explained the process. I got 5+ quotes and TigerTeam was the most professional, payment is based on project phase completion. Work was done as described and as scheduled. Robert and the teams onsite were fantastic. Highly recommend TigerTeam!"
