Any other roof estimates I got I had to scan a code or ask multiple times for license, insurance, references ect. not with John Scott roofing didn’t get the words out and Mr Scott is handing me copies of everything. The workers were neat personable they cleaned their messes up each day. If I could do more than recommend them I would do that n give a 6th star. Without asking at payment time I got copies of release of lien for material and entire job, that just puts ya at ease. John Scott roofing not only was the most reasonable but an absolute pleasure to work with thank you agin roof looks great !!"

It was a very smooth process starting with a no pressure meeting with Product Specialist Dave Harrison who explained the product and process to us. He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. During the job the Quality Control Manager, Shaun LaForce, was on site each day and was great to deal with. The office managers, Jenna & Alexandria, were fantastic with keeping us up to date on the start dates and delivery info. The installation crew did a great job led by Alex and finished the job in 2 days despite a snowstorm in between the days, even shoveled my driveway the day after the storm! "Brian was my consultant and he was great. I am a single lady and usually do not get much of an explanation about a repair(I usually have to dig for answers), but he answered all of my questions and showed me pictures of what needed to be repaired. I got several estimates and this one was not lowest but not the highest and overall seemed like the best quality for the price. Let me say this, I got a lot of crazy estimates and different stories from other companies. Brian seemed the most honest and a straight shooter. I was told it would take 2-3weeks to get scheduled and it took about 2 weeks. Someone texted me and said can we come tomorrow and I said yes, and the time of arrival was 8am and the guy was at my hose at 8am. He worked on the roof for 7 hours and so far no more leak and we had had very heavy rain since. After the repair was completed Westfall sent me an invoice a few days later and then I paid the bill. I am very happy with the work that was done and I would recommend Westfall to others."
