However, when I reached out to move forward and sign the paperwork, the price mysteriously jumped to $3,970—almost double the original quote—without any explanation. It was only after I questioned the discrepancy that I was told the initial quote was “not written correctly.” This kind of bait-and-switch pricing is completely unacceptable. Even worse, when I requested a call from a manager to discuss the issue, not one person followed up. I’ve sent emails and have yet to receive any response. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is shocking. If this is how Closet Factory Tampa treats potential customers, I can only imagine how they handle actual projects. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with them—there are plenty of other companies out there that will treat you with honesty and respect."
