"Originally we had them do some clean up on our land (they were awesome & even did extra that we did not ask for). We were talking to them afterwards & told them we were also looking to patch the stucco on our house & build a fence. We've ended up hiring them for both other jobs. They've already patched & painted our stucco. It was really well done, they are happy working with each other, they laugh & enjoy their work. Both jobs they've done for us, they have done extra work without us asking them to. We cannot say enough good things or compliments about Maynor, Brian & their team. Awesome guys, really hard workers, polite, kind & fun."

"I called Dirk, he said they were busy and couln't get to me 'til next week. After I explained my problem he said "how about tomorrow afternoon?". I told him I'd be home after 3pm, he said that'd be fine. Then due to a kid related schedule change, I called back the day of service to tell him I wouldn't be home 'til after 4pm and I understood if that was too late. He told me he'd make it work. He sent out his son Blake, who is a very intelligent hard working young man. He went right to work and had everything fixed in abut an hour, despite the tight working conditions due to a crowded garage. The final bill was $101.81 which included a $4.00 part, driving all the way out here( I live in the country), labor and tax. VERY IMPRESSED! Nice to see an old fashioned father and son type of business with a good business ethic. I'd use them again in a heartbeat! <br />"

"the job was completed by 2 men but the fence & gate are not lined up straight; more of a zigzag & gate did not close properly so I had to have someone else redo the gate closure. They did not use a plumb line; just eyeballed it... Luckily it's in my backyard so not many people see it. At least they got the job done quickly right after I moved into my new home & needed a safe place to keep our dogs. <br />"

FAQs for wood fence repair projects in Taos, NM

The time it takes to install a swimming pool fence varies depending on the project's complexity. A simple installation can be completed in about two hours. However, if your project involves concrete work, regrading, custom installations, or challenging terrain, it could take up to two full days. Each additional factor increases the labor and time needed to ensure your fence meets safety standards.

Yes, installing a lock on your pool gate enhances safety by preventing unauthorized access. A self-closing, self-latching gate with a key-lock mechanism provides strong protection, helping to keep children and pets safe. Securing your pool gate adds an extra layer of security and offers peace of mind when using the pool area.

A pool fence requires a specific height to secure the pool area. In most states, the fence must be 48 inches tall; some regulations require 60 inches for enhanced safety. Checking local building codes guarantees compliance with these height requirements. A taller fence strengthens protection and improves the overall security of your pool area, ensuring it meets stringent safety standards.

Mesh and tempered glass are among the safest pool fencing choices because their design and smooth surfaces make them resistant to climbing attempts. They provide consistent, rigid barriers that prevent unauthorized access to your pool area. These materials ensure optimal safety for children and pets. In addition, incorporating a pool safety net further enhances protection and addresses additional security concerns, ensuring that your pool remains a safe environment for all users.

Pool fencing requirements vary by local, state, and federal regulations. In most states, installing a pool fence is mandatory for safety and insurance purposes. Ask your pool fence pro for local regulations or check with your local planning department to understand the specific height and design requirements for your area. Complying with these regulations ensures legal compliance and enhances safety.
