"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

They kept us informed of changes and were able to work with some unforeseen existing structure set-ups to make it exactly as we wanted. We had only one delay (installation of glass for the shower) which was not totally unexpected due to the Holiday season, again her team kept us informed. We had them install laminate flooring throughout, paint the dining, kitchen and living rooms along with 2 hallways, and paint kitchen cabinets. It was a big job and it was handled professionally and with care. The same crew arrived on time each day and worked a full day leaving our home in good condition so that we were still able to function. The owner checked on the job daily and ensured that everything was to our satisfaction, and it was. The job was scheduled to go for 10 days but they finished in 7 days. The quality of the work is excellent. The house looks beautiful and we are very happy with the outcome. This contractor is very reliable and treated the house as if someone lives here. The entire experience was very positive. I highly recommend them."
