His class provided comprehensive information on the process and planning required to achieve a successful renovation project. He granted us free access to the educational material and some of the planning tools (others are only available to his clients), on his company’s website. This served as the foundational info for his class presentations. He is a passionate subject matter expert and the class was interactive. He also brought in guest speakers, local professionals, with experience in supporting their customers in various aspects of their renovation projects."

"As all the previous reviewers have said, DC 57 Construction is definitely a 5 star company. Lucas came to my home 3 times and helped me plan out the job. The job included: rebuilding a wood ladder to the upstairs loft, installing a railing and a new door in the loft, and adding shelves in the bathrooms. In addition, Lucas installed two railings for my back deck. Lucas and Tiago are both finish carpenters and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price. I am having Lucas come back soon to install a new screen door. Hiring Lucas and Tiago was definitely a great decision as my home looks much better."

Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. "Absolutely AMAZING job! We have been searching for a general contractor for almost 6 months to take care of several projects on the exterior of our home. We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! Our deck is so beautiful, I can't stop staring at it. Light poles that a previous masonry company installed are standing tall and proud (versus lump-sided like they have been for years now!) The list goes on. The exterior of our home looks brand new thanks to them. I can't believe how quick and easy it all was. "My bathroom remodel is in it's final phases. I needed my Masterbath completely remodeled and I contacted DiOrio Builders and Designers. My initial contact was with the owner, Derek, but my day to day was with James Kim, Project Manager. My large bath was from 1992 and it had to be completely gutted. I wanted a "Spa like" bath. James was wonderful to work with. His knowledge of design and construction was amazing as was his attention to detail and people skills! The team used to deconstruct my bath was great and very professional and clean. Everything has come out just right and I love my new bath. I certainly would recommend DiOrio for all my remodeling needs."

"Carlos and his crew showed up as we planned. They completed all tasks professionally in about three weeks. The lead person working on carpentry was skillful and accommodating. One important thing we noticed was that at the end of each day, they cleaned the area so we did not feel any messiness. We found Carlos to be a knowledgeable person on the remodeling, in general, and on few occasions made informed suggestions to help us make decisions. Overall, my wife and I found Carlos and his crew to be professional, skillful, pleasant and honest. Regarding the cost, the estimate we got from Carlos was competitive, but a bit on the higher side.
