"Did not install properly. Flooded neighbors and front yard due to improper slope; rendering 1/2 of downspouts unusable and the rest gushing out over the sides. Water is stagnant and 2 inches deep inside gutters 4 days after rain. Hanger placement erratic and no where near the 24? spacing paid for as an extra, and exceeding 40? for the majority of system, outside contractual agreement, their 36? basic and industry standard. Rippling on underside of gutters same day, bowing and sagging after 1st rain. No sealant placed on screws inside gutters, no sealant around downspouts, holes from rearranging hangers not sealed. Corners do not meet and sealant used to bridge the gap. Sunlight visible between fascia and gutters anywhere that doesn?t have a hanger, resulting in waving & water behind gutter on fascia. No rubber washers were used though basic contract says they would be. Will not return emails. Will call, but this is so the ?plans of correction? is not documented. "

"To start off i loved the system they offered a lot of colors. It matched the trim of my house! The process was very easy and the customer service was great, the crew was nice and made sure that all of my questions were answered during the final walkaround."

"Nathan is exceptional. He called to let me know the time frame for his arrival. He is polite, respectful, friendly but professional. He did everything I asked of him, and more. I hired him to wash my windows both inside and out. This necessitated removing the window screens and then replacing when he's done. He was polite enough to not mention how really dirty they were. I am physically unable to wash windows myself anymore, and finding someone to do it had proved challenging in the past. Nathan did a wonderful job. And it is nice to be able to look out of clean ( and non- streaky) windows again. I plan on hiring Nathan again soon to give the exterior of the house a much needed power wash. Thanks Nathan. "
