At our current house he replaced two water heaters, fixed a leak under the sink, installed a shut off valve to separate our home water supply and sprinkler system, and put in a pressure regulator valve. He is thorough, efficient, friendly, takes the time to explain things clearly, and was very accommodating about helping with some extra items.
