"CHI did an exceptional job replacing windows and a storm door. The cluster of 7 windows is in a brick-cladded wall, with curved oak trim on the interior. The result is beautiful--the new trim matches perfectly. What most impressed us was how careful and thorough everyone was. The crew worked together to come up with the best way to handle problems. For example, the storm door hardware didn't fit right, so they came back an extra morning to modify the wood framing. Overall, they did what was needed to get a good result."

"D's Doors was amazing!!!  I've only been a homeowner for a year (and am clearly ignorant, not even knowing the proper names of most garage/house parts), so when calling a repair person, I am usually nervous that someone will see a chance to overcharge me.  But these guys were able to accurately estimate the cost of repair over the phone from my description of the problem.  They also text (which I appreciate, as I am usually unable to take personal calls at work), so it was easy for me to set up the date for them to come fix the garage door.  They arrived promptly, fixed the door (it still works great :), and only charged what they'd estimated over the phone.  They even went WAY above and beyond, and included in the price putting back up a piece of roof fascia on my two-story house that had blown off in a weekend storm!  I would definitely hire them again. "We had a french patio door and 11 windows replaced in our home in Stillwater, Mn. We were extremely pleased with all areas of the process. Although the project was originally planned for mid November and did not start until mid-December and the weather created a few issues, the project was completed in a timely manner once it was started. I was very pleased with our installation crew: Chris, Gabe and Tanner. They worked very hard, were very considerate and punctual. Our sales person, Chris, did an excellent job in explaining the construction and product, Marvin Infinity windows and doors. The QC inspector, Josh was extremely thorough. Very little work had to be redone but Josh made sure every scratch and defect was replaced. We were extremely pleased with the thoroughness of his work. Every member of the Lindus team was professional, polite, informative and respectful. We listen to Andy Lindus on WCCO radio and that was the reason we choose Lindus Construction. The cost of our project was high and more than I expected to pay but we are very pleased with the end result."

"I had a tree root right where the cast iron pipe feeds into the clay pipes.  When these pipes were initially installed, they were not sealed properly.  Dusty's Drain Cleaning had to dig a hole into part of the yard and ended up going underneath the sidewalk.  They replaced the pipe where the tree root was running through.  Also when they put all of the dirt back, even though they went underneath the sidewalk, there were no issues with the sidewalk after everything was put back. You couldn't tell that they had gone underneath the sidewalk.  <br /> It has been a year and I have not had any issues with my main line backing up and the sidewalk is as even as it was to start with. <br /> Dusty's Drain Cleaning did a great job. <br />"

"As with most plumbing emergencies, this one occurred on a Friday afternoon, at the beginning of weekend hours and the additional emergency charges associated with that. I knew before I contacted them, that Zell's didn't typically handle emergency calls. Because of their reputation for excellence, I phoned anyway. Tom Schilling returned my call immediately. I described my situation, and he went over several possible scenarios and the potential costs associated with repair. He said he would be happy to come as early as I wanted Monday morning, to avoid having to find (and pay for) a weekend service provider. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, was quick and thorough with his assessment of the situation and the subsequent repair, and he explained everything in detail; including how I could prevent and treat future problems myself. Obviously I hope I never have another plumbing problem, but I live in an older home, and I expect I will. What a relief to know exactly who to call."
