"Michael arrived on time and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem (screws holding fan had come loose allowing the fan to vibrate). He tightened the screws and checked the furnace to be sure everything else was working well. My furnace is getting old and Michael told me what to expect when it begins to die in a few years. I felt like he was being very honest with me. I have used Plumbing & Heating Paramedics several times for both plumbing and heating issues and they have ALWAYS performed excellent work and are honest. I won't hesitate to call them again when I have plumbing or heating issues."

"The job took a couple of hours because Conrad had to go get a part, but he took care of it and the water dispenser is working great. He removed the old hose and setup and replaced everything with all-new parts. He drilled a new hole in the floor so that the hose would be lined up right. We always call them for plumbing, because their prices are very reasonable, they know our systems, and they're very conscientious."

JFG also had a professional plumber from Hamm come to the house to install all the plumbing (this was included in the price quote). "Sales and service was our first step. Limpus was highly recommended by a friend and we are sure glad that we followed the recommendation. We were so undecided on many things and Denny helped us every step of the way. When we were looking for Granite, they suggested several places and we went to them all. We finally made our choices.
 Step two was coming to measure. One of the owners came out personally to measure our kitchen. What an awesome personal and business touch. They did not sell us, they took the time to make sure we had everything we wanted. 
We were not ready for installation when the cabinets arrived. Again no pressure. They waited until we were completely ready and scheduled an installation date. Marshall and the crew were prompt, courteous, professional and it was a pleasure spending the day with them as they worked diligently and very hard. They made sure there were no flaws and asked us for our input on a variety of things. This was such a pleasurable experience.
Our kitchen is gorgeous and now we can't wait for the granite to be installed. Limpus is the best. We had used a competitor for our basement and we wish we had known about Limpus because they sure would have gotten our business.

"He came and gave me a quote and three times I asked him if there would be any additional charges and every time he told me that would be the complete amount unless he discovered another problem. I agreed to the price. When he came back to perform the work he was 25 minutes late. I was his first customer of the day and he knew I had to make a special trip to an empty house for him to do the job. When he arrives the first thing he does is jump out of the truck and say I did tell you about the $49 trip charge right? I told him no and that I had asked him three times if there were additional charges and all three times he had told me no. His reply was well I am telling you now. I said it seemed a little late now. He did okay on the work but because of the dishonesty on the charges I would take my business elsewhere. He also started to leave the old tank. Luckily I caught him before he left and asked why he wasn't disposing of the old tank. He indicated he had forgotten. It was sitting right next to his truck by the door he had to use to get into the truck."

"From start to finish , it went really well. I wasn't sure how to use my 8x4 closet space to its maximum. Willie came in and his eye for what would work for me was wonderful. His designs were great. The cabinet in dining room turned out perfect too. The installers were great also. Highly recommended."

"Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."
