"Our garage door was making a loud noise from time to time, I called for service and was able to get scheduled the same day.  Daniel was finished at another job early, called ahead and waited for us to get home.  He determined that a tune-up would not solve the problem and the opener needed to be replaced.  He worked on it promptly and did a good job.  The new opener is nice and quiet.
