"Andy came out to look at my garage door which was completely out of alignment and wouldn't close. He gave me a call 30 minutes before he arrived and was right on time. Very friendly and personable! He assessed the problem and said he could fix it right then. He had the garage door working perfectly in less than an hour! He also tighten all the bolts and lubed the hinges and springs. The service was only $159 which I thought was very reasonable. I had called another company earlier who quoted me $1,000 telling me I had to replace the garage door opener with a new one in order to fix the problem. The garage door opener did not have to be replaced! Very pleased with the work Andy did and would highly recommend San Diego Door Pros!"

"The materials and installation were fine. However, they installed the new tracks too low and the cabinets would not open more than 5 inches! I called several times to call it to their attention and basically was told their job was to install the garage door and any other issue not directly related to the door itself was my problem. I was not in a state to fight it so anything kept in those cabinets remains there. Their attitude was extremely unprofessional, particularly when the installer clearly was at fault. "I found these company online and I hired them to replace all the existing windows and patio doors with new fiberglass (Milgard) Ultra windows and a double French door from them a few months ago for our renovation. They provided us with an awesome price for the windows and doors themselves and for the labor of the installation as well. The representative that I spoke to was very professional and he came over to my house on the time and day that was scheduled ahead of time via the office. The people that we were involved with (including the installers and the sales man), was definitely outstanding. We had a minor issues that accorded during install, and they provided awesome post-sale support as well. I recommended them to all my friends and family as a great company for any energy efficient products. They are fantastic. And have some Sunday hours, which is absolutely a great help. We purchased 2 additional exterior doors from them and this was an add on that we decided to do in the last minute and after the work was stated. We were sure that they won’t be able to do it during the same time… but they did it and it went so smooth and excellent. Should've gone to Landmark construction energy crew for those too. You can shop with confidence with them!"

"On time and on budget- Surprised that's not part of the rating system here! My husband and I are elated with the work Palm did for us. I've always been a skeptical person, and when it comes to hiring someone to do work in my personal space, I also become apprehensive. So It was a massive relief to meet with Yonatan. He is convivial and highly competent in his craft. He listened to what we wanted, asked all the right questions, gave us a quote, a timeline, ensured we bought the right materials, and was in constant communication with us. The oversight and execution on this project was seamless. The scope of work entailed tearing out a shower, old vanity, demoing walls and floors, removing and replacing toilets, wiring, painting, tiling walls and floors, putting pocket shelves in, installing lights and hardware - in TWO weeks (a powder room and main bathroom). In the middle of it, we asked if the guys could paint the interior of our loft as well. The obvious answer was 'yes', but the surprise was that it made no difference to two-week time frame. Having made ourselves scarce for that time, when we got back, Yonatan met us at our place, gleaming with pride. He walked us through all the work we had agreed to and called out very small things his crew did in the few days following. Did I already say we are elated with the outcomes? The place is amazing and feels new again!"
