"He was prompt enough. It was a busy time of the year. It wasn't a complete roofing job. We had a sunroom that was leaking and everything and he did a good job making sure that he fixed everything. He was nice, he wasn't pushy. He was very helpful in pointing out his reasons for needing the repairs, it wasn't just like, "Oh, you have a roof leak, I fixed it." He took me up on top of the roof and showed me. He pointed out some flaws in the overall roofing job that had been done prior to him. I found him very helpful. There are issues with our roof that we will need to do later on, but it's repairs that we chose not to do at that time. He wasn't pushy in any way shape or form. It's the kind of company that you'd like to deal with as far as, "Okay, this is what I did." He took me on the roof, he pointed out what he did do, he pointed out where eventually things would need to be fixed, gave us a relative bid for that. Also, we haven't had any leaks or anything since then. He was friendly and helpful, without being pushy. He was backlogged at the time."
