"STAY AWAY! Worst customer service and quality of work I’ve ever seen. We got home the first day after they started and they had moved our fence 3 inches away from our existing turf in the backyard. (You can see in the pictures). They claimed every excuse in the book why they couldn’t put the fence back on the line from before. So after talking with the owner he claimed that they didn’t have the equipment or tools to cut into the concrete to make the post land where they needed. So then the owner asked us to cut the concrete needed for them to be able to do there work right. (in the middle of a thunder storm mind you). He agreed to reimburse me for my time for doing so. Now that the project is semi-complete they are trying to say that the work i did was not sufficient enough for payment and they had to cut more which they claimed they didn’t have the capability to do in the first place. The following Monday they came to finish off the other side. I told them to be very careful with the orange tree that was flowering in the front yard. I came home to orange tree branches scattered in mine and my neighbors front yards. They left that day claiming it was finished but the fence was left dirty, caps missing, and no cleanup or final walk through. There are so many scratches in the fence that it doesn’t even look new. I can’t believe this company is still in business. The owner Tom is not a man of his word and will not guarantee any of his work. He lied to us and then wanted to belittle and talk down on a customer on the phone. The pictures say it all. If you want a good fence. Don’t use this company."
