"Jackrabbit Stonework LLC (Jacob D.) is a self-performing contractor that has the ability to set expectations and deliver. Our project was to increase the height of and existing perimeter wall, stucco and paint. The entire project was seamless from start to finish and on budget. Daily site cleanup was a big plus. Typically, I am hesitant about new businesses, but Jacob exhibited all the traits of a great contractor. Jackrabbit Stonework LLC possess: 1. strong communication by answering inquiries quickly, 2. AZ ROC license that legitimizes the business, 3. experience was not as robust as most contractors, but he is being mentored by experienced successful contractors, 4. integrity which displayed a solid work ethic and upstanding quality, and 5. references are usually the most telling characteristic but as I listened to Jacob Davis about my project I listened for that enthusiasm that makes you want to hire Jackrabbit Stonework LLC. Yes I would us this company again."

"Working with Mike was very easy. He was very knowledgeable about the projects I needed to do. I had a cinder block wall torn down and rebuilt around my property and some stucco repairs on my house. Both were executed professionally and timely. I will be using MarVista again."

"Manny and his team were amazing! Manny was very communicative, congenial, and provided quality work. The scope included a travertine patio, built-in bbq with a decorative metal backdrop, planting and irrigation, increasing our CMU wall height, pavers, and more. Manny answered all our questions along the way, provided material samples for our approval, and accommodated our change request for a different stone color on the BBQ. We’ll continue to work with Manny. Highly recommend!"

"Work was done with care and on time. Great communication every step of the way. Very happy with the service and my new wall."

"I had split face stone bricks installed throughout my garden facing it off with a nice touch."

"MasterAZscapes landscaped my backyard in Vistancia with a large cactus garden, lots of bougainvillea for a future hedge, 3 trees, a sidewalk, irrigation, lights, boulders, mounding and decorative rocks. During the planning stage Troy provided me with pricing for each specific plant, rather than just describing X number of plants for X price. I knew what the size of each plant would be, so there were no surprises. He even provided me with a computer image of just how my garden would look. When I didn't like the rip rap delivered by the rock company, there was no argument about changing it out, or who would pay to remove the offensive rip rap. Darrel came by with samples of replacement rock and the project continued with no delay. They planted over 80 plants, with many large, pricey cacti. They did a beautiful job and I'm very pleased with my new garden. I would highly recommend them as they showed great care and thought from the planning stage with Troy through the installation process with Darrel and Tommie. From beginning to end, their primary objective appeared to be my happiness, and they succeeded."

"The work was done quickly and to my specifications. They were professional and friendly. I will use them next time the ficus tree needs trimming. Great people!"
