"S&R Roofing replaced the underlayment and broken tiles on the roof of my twenty-two-year-old home. After Charlie provided a reasonable quote with whom I scheduled for the roofing project, Brian arrived with five hard working and dedicated roofers along with a trailer for discarded materials. Luis (Team Leader), Cesar, Leticia, Rober and Samuel appeared energetic and hardy throughout the process. It was apparent that these five crew members were knowledgeable and skilled in roofing and enjoyed their craft as they were never seen without a smile and on occasion while working, could be heard singing (on key)! During the process, John arrived to verify materials and secured the delivery of additional supplies. The company owners, managers and work crew were on time, informative, hardworking, and invested in completing the detailed project. They were upbeat, friendly, and appeared to really care about the work they performed. The project included the replacement of plywood, metal drip edges, battens, rib valleys, roof jacks and weather block material. As I await my appointment to have the final inspection completed with Tony, I could not be happier with selecting S&R Roofing to provide replacements that are in alignment with current roofing codes. They are rock star status roofers and the real deal!!"

"Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."

"After interviewing 5 residential roofers, I chose W & D Roofing & Contracting. It is a small, established Tucson family business who are licensed, bonded, insured, experienced, professional. Their roofing team is too. This was for replacing a 30+ year old flat roof. They tore off my old rotted roof, replaced the plywood base, increased the size of the scuppers to take rain off the roof quickly, gave it a slight pitch, added upper heat pump level drainage. They cleaned up and left my yard in pristine condition. My flat roof had been leaking before I moved into my house in 2019. This is my first house, so I was inexperienced in this whole process. And, they were the cheapest bid. No one had been able to fix it by patching, or sealing it. I had a tight timeline in mind of 2-1/2 weeks, and they fit me into their schedule. And, just in time. He gave a very reasonable price to fix the roof. His crew was out 2 days later at 0730 just like he said. They were done by noon. They also did lots of extras they found when working and did not charge for them! The roof is beautiful top notch job. Jon is truly a fair, honest man and has an incredible crew! Will be calling York again for painting the house!"

"I’ve had German Roofing care for roofs on 2 of the homes I’ve lived in over the past 10 years. The first was a tile roof and the current is a flat roof. The current flat roof needed cleaning and recoating, which was done early May, 2024. They were great about honoring a work proposal they did 10 months earlier and kept to that price, despite prices going up like they have for so many things. We scheduled the work, I gave them the required 50% downpayment, and they reminded me by both phone and email before the day the work was to be done. Two workmen showed up on time and cleaned, patched and recoated the roof of my 1900sf house. They were courteous and respectful and focused on their work. The owner, Manuel, who is a super pleasant and nice guy, came by in the afternoon to check on their progress and let me know they would need to come back the following day to finish things up and that after letting the coating completely dry for several days, he would come back to inspect the work that had been done. The workmen finished the following day and were great about cleaning up after themselves. Manuel did return as promised 4 days later, got up on the roof, and emailed me photos of the completed work. Yet again, my experience with German Roofing was very positive."
