"Great workmanship. Great communication. I recommend Spencer 4 Hire Roofing, for your roofing needs."

"I thought George and his crew did an excellent job in painting the house. In the beginning he said it would take 3-4 days and it came in at three. He told me in detail how he does his painting jobs and what I needed to do to prepare. He began with a complete washdown of the house. Then all windows and non painted surfaces were completely masked. Places where the stucco was pealing and cracked were repaired. There were places where the wood parts of the house were damaged, and these were patched and repaired . Several times he walked me thru the site and showed me his progress. At the end of the job we walked the perimeter of the house, and George showed me what he did and answered any questions that I had. Cleanup afterwards was thorough. It was a really good job. I don't know if this review is expected to cover the roofing job that George also did for me, so I'm going to discuss that also. Because of the circumstances of this house, we decided to do a patching job of the roof rather than a complete whole new roof. George determined that there were four areas requiring patches including patches to the subroofing wood. He said it would take a day, which it did. The crew removed the faulty subroof wood and replaced it with new wood. He had already painted the wood, with paint from the prior house painting job. The wood then was covered with the standard roofing materials. The rim that was removed that wraps over the facial wood was replaced. In one area a piece of the facial board had to be replaced and repainted. The whole roof was then painted with a sealant that should extend the life of the roof for several years. All in all an excellent job."

"Completely satisfied with the roof repair. Reasonable cost, good communication, and quick response time."

"The guys were very responsive and did a great job repairing my roof within the week I called them. They came out for a free estimate and they communicated options and not just tell me I needed a new roof. Thanks guys!"

"For anyone looking for a first class contractor, who knows their business, as well as guiding you through insurance claim process, look no further. Sterling took care of my complete roof install as well as the inside damages found, on time and cost effective. Talk to other roof repair pros, but make sure though you consult with Sterling as well.....you ll see the difference immediately. You will be pleased you did! 5 stars!"

"Several years ago, I had a leak in my roof and being new to the area, I interviewed 5 roofing companies. I was most impressed with German Roofing and had them do the repair. Then last Fall, I had a couple of other leaks in different areas and they recommended that I do a complete roof replacement. They just finished it and I am 100% satisfied with their work. Their customer service is excellent and they did a great job and I highly recommend them!"

"John and his team from AZ Grand Roofing and Painting are professional and thorough. From the first time I met John and he went over the details of what needed to be done to my roof, around my windows and outside wall, I felt confident the work would be quality. The crew was methodical - making sure every inch of my roof was coated, every crack/crevice in my wall repaired and sealed and paint applied with great care. There was no debris left behind. I am extremely happy with the results of their work and would hire John and his team again without reservation. Thank you!"

"After the owners signed me on I never saw them again, just two Mexicans, one who spoke no English, and the other little. From the beginning I felt rushed. I had wanted the work done the following week but they insisted it had to be done that week. Overall, the paint job looks good except that I didn't want any on my sidewalk, and there is. My rose bushes in back are somewhat brutalized, fortunately they will be pruned next month. Most importantly, I had found my BBQ grill turned around backwards, I moved it and thought nothing of it until last night when I went to use it and it would not light. I called a repair man. It seems they disconnected it from wall and debris got in and was blocking the gas flow. This cost me $50 to repair. They also painted some brass plant hooks on my patio. When I pointed that out they just shrugged their shoulders and tried to convince me that it looked good! They only cleaned the paint off at my insistence. Maybe if the owners supervised there workers these sorts of things wouldn't happen.

"Mike is very considerate and did not to sell me on a new roof at this time. His understanding and assessment were appreciated. The cost was reasonable for the tile roof repair. He was determined that it was “done right” and completed within a week. Highly recommend his roofing company."

"I highly recommend John Donahue and his crew for doing the expert quality work they did on sealing my roof with their liquid rubber sealer. The final texture and look were fantastic and made our roof look like new! John was a real pro in inspecting and evaluating the problems and had wonderful communication skills in explaining every aspect of his suggestions on his solution to use for a cost-effective price! The team of workers was prompt, friendly, and did great work in such a timely manner. Real pros who also did nice cleanup work after the finish of the job!!! I plan to use them again for other home improvement projects because they have been one of the best experiences I have had with home subcontractors!"
