"I saw these guys install a neighbor's tile roof underlayment several years back and thought they did a lot of little extras with metal work and water channels. 2 years ago I called and Tony helped me with some repairs and was fair. This last week I needed a re-roof, I got some bids, including one from S&R. Tony came out and took pictures of all the issues on my 29 year old roof and discussed how they would address it if I hired them. After getting bids I called and spoke to Charlie at S&R, and he had a good price and a 15 year warranty and schedule availability to start soon. Better yet, the after sales support was awesome. The install took about 4 days, and the crew that arrived was polite and extremely hard working. Tony and Brian stopped by repeatedly and checked on progress and spoke to me about progress and provided quality control over the crew on some issues that I would not have been aware of. At the end of the job, Charlie came out with a drone and showed me some of the features of the new roof and how they had done the job. This is a good outfit. Thank you to Tony, Charlie, and Brian and the Hardworking crew that did my roof."

"After the owners signed me on I never saw them again, just two Mexicans, one who spoke no English, and the other little. From the beginning I felt rushed. I had wanted the work done the following week but they insisted it had to be done that week. Overall, the paint job looks good except that I didn't want any on my sidewalk, and there is. My rose bushes in back are somewhat brutalized, fortunately they will be pruned next month. Most importantly, I had found my BBQ grill turned around backwards, I moved it and thought nothing of it until last night when I went to use it and it would not light. I called a repair man. It seems they disconnected it from wall and debris got in and was blocking the gas flow. This cost me $50 to repair. They also painted some brass plant hooks on my patio. When I pointed that out they just shrugged their shoulders and tried to convince me that it looked good! They only cleaned the paint off at my insistence. Maybe if the owners supervised there workers these sorts of things wouldn't happen.

The final texture and look were fantastic and made our roof look like new! John was a real pro in inspecting and evaluating the problems and had wonderful communication skills in explaining every aspect of his suggestions on his solution to use for a cost-effective price! The team of workers was prompt, friendly, and did great work in such a timely manner. Real pros who also did nice cleanup work after the finish of the job!!!
