When I didn't like the rip rap delivered by the rock company, there was no argument about changing it out, or who would pay to remove the offensive rip rap. Darrel came by with samples of replacement rock and the project continued with no delay. They planted over 80 plants, with many large, pricey cacti. They did a beautiful job and I'm very pleased with my new garden. I would highly recommend them as they showed great care and thought from the planning stage with Troy through the installation process with Darrel and Tommie. From beginning to end, their primary objective appeared to be my happiness, and they succeeded."

"Sylvester and Ariana were great. I called them and they came out the next day. This fountain had obviously not worked for several years and the pump and float needed to be replaced. It was also leaking like a sieve around the base. Sylvester gave me a quote of $750 to install a new pump and float and repair the base with a water-proof elastic-type coating so it stopped leaking. While he was there, he also pumped the water out of the fountain basin that my husband and I had poured in earlier so we could test the pump. I was expecting to do that with a bucket after they were gone, but they did it for me. Sylvester also spent some time investigating the electrical outlet and timer associated with the pump. All of this was about 30 years old and Sylvester gave it a thorough going over while he was there just to give me a quote. I was impressed. My husband and I decided to have him do the work and he and his wife returned in a couple of days after the fountain had thoroughly dried. The arrived as scheduled, calling beforehand to let me know they were on their way. They completed the work as promised and did a fantastic job. They gave me a lot of good advice about keeping the fountain clean and said if I had any trouble, they would return and take care of it. They also clean and maintain fountains on a weekly basis. I could tell that Sylvester and Ariana take a lot of pride in their work and we would definitely hire them again."

"When I saw the final product of Michaels work I was astounded and very,very pleased. He took a day or so to respond to my call but scheduled promptly-- on the weekend, no less, to come out. We had a fountain with a ceramic pot in it that was COVERED in scale build up from years of hard water and a pump that was putting out very little water. Because of complicated installation issues, we were not able to replace the pump so Michael worked with what was available-- putting in new tubing and sealants to improve the water flow, i can actually see and hear the water moving! Then he cleaned that ceramic pot- its beautiful!- who knew there were so many colors under there. He also removed river rock, balanced the pot for even flow and generally cleaned the fountain. It really looked great, much better than i had ever seen it. His price was excellent for the results he gave. I would call him again for sure! <br />"

We hired C READ & SON ELECTRIC instead to do this work plus install two additional ceiling electrical boxes and an outdoor weather-proof outlet, all for under $700. Clarence showed up as scheduled and completed all four jobs in a few hours. He is meticulous about doing the job right and we are extremely pleased that we hired C READ & SON ELECTRIC to do our electrical work."

"THE REP WAS ON TIME AND CALLED AHEAD TO GET DIRECTIONS. HOWEVER, WE WERE VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE QUOTE THEY GAVE. IT WAS RIDICULOUSLY UNREASONABLE. FOR OUR MODEST FRONT YARD THEY WANTED TO INSTALL 33 SPRINKLER HEADS, 4 VALVES, NEW PLUMBING TO THE WATER SOURCE, ETC, ALL FOR OVER $2,800. THIS IS A LOT OF MONEY TO SPEND TO WATER A LAWN, ESPECIALLY FOR THE SIZE (ABOUT 800 SF)."
