"This was hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a contractor. While the initial response and quote were quick, everything after that was a complete disappointment. Worker reliability and workmanship were inconsistent, and the overall professionalism of the job fell far below expectations. Issues arose that should not have happened in the first place. Although the owner responded when concerns were raised, it often felt reactive rather than proactive. I was left having to follow up repeatedly to address problems that should have been managed internally. The most unacceptable part was what happened after the job was completed. "We had a new "closet" that was constructed in our garage. They added two walls in the garage for the closet. A 5 foot side wall, a 12 foot front wall with double doors, and added 5 inches to a curb. We used the existing ceiling. And didn't move any sprinkler heads. Walls were little over 9 foot tall. The 2x4 studs for framing were placed 20 inches on center. Otherwise they used plastic hardware for the door mechanisms, and striker plate. They billed us almost $14,500 dollars for the work. Quality was average. Please get a price upfront, and another bid. I certainly wish that my wife and myself would have."
