He walked us through what the issues were with the chimney (the grout between the terracotta tiles had washed away) and what the repairs would be. Nelson and Carlos did our Chimney Liner installation. They we also punctual, thorough and friendly. They covered the room with plastic sheets to protect our furniture and were done in about four hours."

Some dirt fell into our and our neighbor's yard, but he ignored cleaning that until explicitly requesting him to do so. We later realize that there is a dead bird in the cage/vent that Carlos failed to notice/remove while cleaning. We would not recommend this unprofessional contractor."
