"RIBA construction was recommended by one of my neighbors. I initially started with them by replacing my old cedar shake roof with new architectural asphalt shingle (32 squares) with three new skylights. From the very start, the sales and contract process with Ryan was open and honest. They genuinely wanted to get the right roof solution versus just making another sale. The communication through the process from the back-office with Jerry and Yolanda was also superb. The roof and skylights were ultimately installed and the RIBA Construction diligently followed through until all work was completed. As a result of this great experience, shortly thereafter I selected RIBA Construction to complete a number of other projects (all completed concurrently with diligent coordination): - Windows and Sliding Doors --> replaced forty (40) old wood windows with new vinyl casement windows - Siding --> replaced (20 squares) of engineered wood with new vinyl siding - Capping --> All windows, doors, and trim capped with aluminum and vinyl soffit vents - Gutters --> installed 300+ feet of new gutters and downspouts While no project goes perfectly, everyone at RIBA Construction really cares about doing the right thing and made everything the way it should be without hesitation. In the end, the exterior of my home has been completely renovated and I now have a virtually maintenance-free exterior. I'm very happy with the appearance and functionality as well as the value of all services. "Keith Roofing was excellent. Hugh called us back within an hour of our first call, and came out to check our roof within a week. He gave us a free quote, a full scope description, and pictures of issue areas. After we signed the contract, the Keith team came out the next week to complete the work. So in total, we had everything fixed within 10 days of our first call. Hugh also gave us pictures of all the repairs, walking us through what he and his team accomplished. We'll absolutely work with them again for any roof issues we have."

They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before.
