"Keith was very patient, despite the rain, COVID-19 and tenant issues and accommodating over the work schedule. His work was very good. There were issues being that the siding was old, in bad shape and questionable past construction, due to age of residence. He was on time and on task. I do think he needs to be a bit more communicative with the customer-owner when unexpected conditions or issues arise and how they will be handled or resolved."

"Andrew DeVillers General Contractor uses a mobile concrete delivery truck that brings you a high quality concrete that is more fresh and higher quality than having a pre-mix delivery truck bring you concrete already aging. This made the concrete easier to handle, higher strength, and no worries about underestimating the quantity needed, as he mixes what is needed on-site. Also, the spacing of the rebar is closer (18 inches both directions vs. 24 inches offered by others), which made me feel better about the longevity of the driveway. They weren't the lowest bid i received, but for the increase in quality and workmanship, they were worth the minor extra cost."

Owner did the estimate and assured us that the job would be perfect. He was absolutely correct. They did a walk-in shower conversion and it's stunning. "Brent and Ron showed up the morning (Monday) they promised and started the preparation work.  Unfortunately, I forgot to move a number of items (doll house, furniture, odds and ends) from the side of the house, but they went ahead and moved everything without saying a word.  During the next 10 days they didn't ask for anything, except for some ice water in the afternoons.  After each days work,  they cleaned up and placed all of their materials out of the way.  They worked until approximately 4pm on the final day (Friday), and then Brent asked me to come out to make sure I was satisfied with their work.  I was more than satisfied,  and told him so."
