The estimate that I received was fair and the job was completed on schedule. My new white vinyl picket fence and a welded wire fence were both installed and also completed on schedule. Both fences had gates. A welded wire fence gate is very difficult to construct and KC Fence outperformed my expectations. Both of the new gates are sturdy and attractive. "In January 2019, I called three different fence companies to get estimates. I figured I would get an early start to make sure the job would be completed by spring. One company never returned my call. Another (local) company responded the same day and came out to look at the job. I was impressed…but never heard from them again. All Fenced In returned my call and I explained I was getting a price from a local place. They welcomed that and still wanted to give me an estimate too. So I said sure! Carmen, the owner, met me on a Sunday afternoon to go over the job with me. I was quite stressed about the fence because it was a neighbor/survey/lawyer/property line "thing". Well, Carmen was a godsend for me that day. He went over the entire job, suggested I go with chain link due to the rough terrain and rocks in the area. Also, because I had survey information, he would record a video and provide a notarized letter that the final installation was entirely on my property! He reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. He truly cared about my situation and that the job would be done to my satisfaction. Carmen came in person to give me a price and go over the details. He prefers to meet in person even though it was a bit of a drive in traffic for him (several times). His estimate was more than reasonable, we put everything in a contract and we were all set to go. Mind you, this was mid winter and I didn't expect the work to begin until it warmed up a bit so I was surprised when he told me "weather permitting", he would start sometime next week and be finished in 2 to 3 weeks! He kept his word. His installer, Kirk, showed up within a week and got most of the poles up in a couple of days. He went over everything with me and showed me some places where the chain link may be going over large rocks. Kirk wanted me to be happy with the final installation and suggested that he box the fence around a few of the large rocks, so he did. It was more work for him and he told me up front that it would cost extra. I think it looks much better! Every day that Kirk was there he asked me to look at what's been done and if I was satisfied with the progress. The fence was completed in February and looks great! (I included some pictures in this review). Carmen again came in person to go over the extras and changes for a final price. Yes it cost more than the original estimate but was still very reasonable for all that was done! I apologize for the lengthy review but All Fenced In deserves the acknowledgement. Would and probably will hire them again."

"The new fence looks beautiful. Steve, the owner, and his crew did a great job removing the old fence and putting up the new fence which involved working on two different elevations. They also completely removed the old fencing and debris. They did this while having to put up with my difficult neighbors who were present during the installation. Steve also accommodated my schedule by working my job in within a couple of weeks. I am very pleased with the results."

"They came as a three worker unit which for a single job or a simple repair would be too many people costing more than it should. I had a 24'x6' old porch ceiling with soffit vinyl needing replacement and a crawl area beneath the house with perhaps 3 feet of clearance. The utilities and sewer drain came up from the ground and were protected by a 6'x6' heated enclosure that needed insulation. During the winter the animals would dig into this and pull down the existing fiberglass batting and make their nest beneath the house. Neither job was by itself terribly hard but for one person which is what one expects when looking for a handyman they were pains (especially the crawl space box which required hours kneeling.) "Locke it In" completed both jobs well and met their cost estimate. The ceiling vinyl looks great. The crawl space box is covered in silvered R-13 Sheathing that I hope the wild life cannot use for bedding come the winter."

"Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and the newly configured fence looks great. 

I called 3 highly rated providers on Angie's List, Reliable Fence, Greg's Fence, and Cleveland Fence.  Phil from Greg's Fence promptly returned my call, promptly set up a time to come by and look at the fence, and after the meeting, promptly gave me a detailed quote -- and asked for a very competitive and reasonable $395, hundreds of dollars less than the other 2 quotes.  He alone saw that we could re-use appropriate sections from the existing fence and gate, which after all, were in good condition, and only the posts would have to be new, saving me money.  Summer is a busy time for fence installers, but Phil from Greg's Fence set up and stuck to a time schedule that worked for both of us, and he communicated clearly with me, letting me know in advance when he was coming out, when the work would be finished, and when he could meet with me so we could together see the work had been completed satisfactorily and he could be paid.  

I called Dig Safe to have them mark the property before Phil from Greg's Fence would start the work (maybe this was unnecessary as the fence posts don't go that deep, but better safe than sorry).  Once Dig Safe cleared the property, in a week, I called Greg's Fence to let them know I was ready to go.  They came out and carefully removed the fence section that needed to be removed, including the cement base under the posts, and competently installed the newly configured section where I wanted them to.  Phil correctly explained it would be better to relocate an existing post of the boundary fence so that the newly configured section would properly line up parallel with the front boundary of the property, and then competently relocated the post.  He put together the re-used fencing and gate sections and the new posts together so that the newly configured fence was solid, correctly installed, and easy to use.  He let me know ahead of time when he would be finished so that I could have an opportunity to review his work prior to paying him.  This whole process was easy, smooth, and satisfactory from start to finish.  The next time I have fence work that needs to be done, I will pick up the phone and call Greg's Fence again.  Thanks!"
