On the morning of the third clean, J&K messaged saying that they were not coming & wanted to reschedule. We had a house full of company arriving that day and were depending on them to perform the service. Pros: Very sweet ladies, bring their own supplies & equipment, comfortable & accommodating with our pets and good communication. Cons: Not dependable; my only complaints with the cleaning were dirty streaks left on tile floor & not dusting all surfaces & furniture."

The lady and her crew are detail workers and very professional. I never seen an owner come out and get in the middle of cleaning and get dirty but Trish does, thank you Trish for not thinking you are better than your crew and working right along side of them!
