""The housekeeping was top notch. She consistently shows up on time and she dedicates the time needed to clean the house thoroughly. When she finishes the project, she asks that we come and check her work. On the rare occasion when we see a an oversight, she corrects in immediately, and there are no recurrences. She communicates well and is able to adjust the date/time of her scheduled service to meet our needs. She brings her own equipment and supplies, ready to start work."

"Overall it went well. They arrived on time and got the jobs done quickly. The gutters are now clean and the windows mostly clean. I say "mostly" as the process they use involves cleaning them with a brush on a long pole that has builtin water jets. They claim the water they use is purified, and certainly I saw a filter in line with the hose pipe. This process gets all the dirt off the window but does leave some water spots behind. It is certainly a cheap way to clean the windows but doesn't give perfect results (but then, I've yet to see perfect results from any window washer)."

"With one man usually doing all the cleaning and painting in one apartment, it takes 5-7 days to turn the apartment (depending on the severity). By letting Elliot clean first, my guy just had to come in behind and paint, effectively cutting the turnover process in half! I give the price a B just because I've had it done cheaper before, but this experience saved time and money in the long run."

"I appreciated their quick response (next day) the first time I used them. Setup recurring cleaning every three weeks. On the morning of the third clean, J&K messaged saying that they were not coming & wanted to reschedule. We had a house full of company arriving that day and were depending on them to perform the service. Pros: Very sweet ladies, bring their own supplies & equipment, comfortable & accommodating with our pets and good communication. Cons: Not dependable; my only complaints with the cleaning were dirty streaks left on tile floor & not dusting all surfaces & furniture."

"It went wonderful. I didn't think I would see the owner come out and work along side her workers but she got right down and did just as much work. I am very impressed, they moved my furniture and cleaned behind it. Scrubbed my bathrooms spotless they just made the whole house look great! I have hired them to come back weekly to keep my home up and I suggest others to do the same.
