"FMI CONSTRUCTION DESERVES A FIVE STAR RATING ON MY WALK IN BATH PROJECT. THEIR CRAFTSMEN DEMOLISHED THE SHOWER/TUB IN ONE DAY REPAIRNG LEAK DAMAGED THE TERRAZO TILE FLOORS WERE REMOVED THEN NEW PORCELAIN INSTALLED A PLYWOOD SUB FLOOR WAS REPAIRED UNDER MY UPSTAIRS FLOOR VERY PLEASED WITH OUR RESULTS. "There is a reason why they have the reviews they do. We got a quote for the services we specifically asked for. Our house was painted new with watered down flat paint. We requested the ceiling be painted we could not decide whether or not to go a flat white or same color as the walls. Ron suggested to do a Flat white. Glad we listened to that advice. So the ceiling got 2 coats of ceiling paint. The walls got 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint. (Benjamin Moore). They fixed a lot of poor quality spots in the walls and ceiling. When I spotted a spot they missed they just got it done. No gripes or complaints just done! The workers (Alex, Nathan and Miguel) were great! Got the job done 1 day ahead of expected. When we are ready to have the other rooms done we will be calling you again."

"I had a poor experience with this team. Had them repair base boards and paint some cracks? the job took more than 5 days, the quality of the job was sub standard and they failed to keep the area clean while working. It got so bad I had to have them stop the job mid way through.. they were causing more damage to the property and making the place look worse instead of better. A hob that should have taken 1-2 days turned into a week long odyssey that still hasn?t been fixed . To give them a bit of credit they were willing to continue to come back and get the job done? however the inconvenience they caused in our lives and job performance was extremely sub par."
