"These guys are great. I really like that they can handle maintenance of my yard (mowing the lawn, edging, trimming bushes, etc) and also do the fertilizer and pest control. Saves time and hassle of dealing with two different companies. My yard was a little overgrown when they started but they put in a lot of extra work to get it back under control without charging more. Very responsive to my extra requests as well. Highly recommend."

"We have used Truly Nolen for about a year now. We previously used another well-known service and were not happy (and became increasingly unhappy) but we kept them for years. Inertia,I suppose. They were very sloppy, with excessive wetting of our garage floor and around the house perimeter. Also, we continued to have issues with roaches although the house was treated monthly and we keep it clean and orderly. (I have an extreme phobia about roaches since I was a child!) I called Truly Nolen just because their cute little cars caught my eye. However, we are EXTREMELY pleased with their services in addition to their cars. An employee visited us and went over our house giving us suggestions to help (For instance, we had some cardboard storage boxes in the garage which he suggested we replace with plastic because roaches LOVE cardboard.) He explained exactly what they would do and when they would come as well as the pricing. They have done exactly what he promised. They are very professional, neat, and very careful about our pets. They put roach bait behind the light switches and in other very out-of-the-way places on the first visit. Now, on the annual visit they are using something that they say is not toxic to mammals at all and I'm not sure where they are placing it. Since we switched, we have had no more sightings of roaches! They also clear away webs or insects around the exterior lights and windows with a webster. They treat outdoors quarterly and indoors semi-annually. If we have extra needs, they are available to come any time to address those. We are very happy customers."

He is really thorough as is the gentleman who does the lawn; he recognizes all the weeds and cleared up a yard fungus we had. I have used other lawn places but I really like McCall's.
