To correct this I went to Angie's List and found Alvarez Painting Company. Paul Alvarez, the owner and General Contractor, was absolutely wonderful to work with! He assessed my issues, gave me a very reasonable bid, showed up on time with a professional and English speaking crew, sanded all my walls and cabinets down, used **quality paint**, covered all furniture, floors, counters, used extreme care in handling breakables, and did a fantastic job fixing the mess I was left with the first time around.  Paul was also on property and working along side his crew the entire time so If I had any questions/problems, they were handled immediately.  At the end of each day there was no mess, STRESS and very little dust. When they completed this phase of my project, they replaced all switch plates, etc, moved all items back to their original places. I could barely tell they had been there...no paint in my bushes, sidewalk, carport, brick....VERY Impressive!
