"I originally called John Wright Construction and Remodeling to do a major remodel of my laundry room. John also owns Advanced Plumbing Services, so I am splitting this review between the two companies, since they were both onsite. As far as the plumbing work, they relocated all of the water, drain and vent lines to new location in laundry room. While they were here I also had them install a new dishwasher. All work went very well with no issues at all."

"It went great. I asked for a quote on Sunday afternoon, 4/19/20, at about 1:30 or 2:00 p.m., and they finished the job by 5:00, including going to Lowe's and getting a new whole house water filter. (Which I've been meaning to add for the longest time.)"

"Franklins crew arrived as schelduled and after inspeccting the pipes and septic system, determined it was NOT the main drain but merely a busted tub drain that had been damaged during a recent remodel. While there they replaced a p-trap, jetted the lines, emptied the septic tank and replaced the busted pipe. Their crew was AMAZING! They knew exactly what they were doing and didn't go out of their way to break the bank. The work was done in a timely manner and I was notified about each repair or procedure in real time via text or photos or call. I was in utter shock that I had been so bamboozled by such a trusted big name national plumber on my 1st estimate and will NEVER use another Septic Specialist/ Plumber unless it is Franklin's. Twice the work for less than half the original estimate and the work was honest and superior. I could not wait to write this review! It is so rare especially as a woman, to find honest contractors. I would highly recommend this company for all your septic and plumbing. There's a certain peace of mind that comes with knowing a company comes with good marks. "I asked Thaxton Construction Llc to look at my roof and give a quote on a new roof. I wasn't sure how old the roof was but knew repairs were needed. Mr. Thaxton advised the age of the roof, suggested necessary repairs and gave me two detailed quotes to decide between a new roof or repairs/maintenance to extend the life of the existing roof. I really appreciated the options and he honesty. I am pleased with the work that was done and will call again in the future."
