Joshua is genuine and honest - exactly what we were looking for as we are new to The Villages. They started three weeks later after all agreeing to the project scope and quote. We added 6 palms and a rock wall around the house. Joshua and tony met every expectation all the while fitting in the numerous changes we requested along the way. "Best Sod vendor in TV. Do you need high quality St. Augustine Sod? Call Codys Sod and Landscaping… I am glad I did. Service and communication were both excellent. I ordered a pallet of sod, and they used gas powered skimmer to remove the grass down to the sand, then laid a layer of rich dark topsoil, and then installed some of the highest quality sod I have ever seen. They said it was cut that morning. This is a review from a happy paying customer trying to share with my neighbors a great contractor you can rely on that has a high-quality product. Hard to find.
