"Mr. Sparky (Dennis) did a fabulous job - very professional- he installed two scones - removed a chandelier - added a light to an existing fan - replaced a ceiling light with another- added a light switch that had been removed -- my disappointment was the price - I seriously found it to be expensive, also I never received a bill with a breakdown. I thought he had left one - I will request one soon."

"No they did not! We set up the installation appointment originally on June 23, but found out that our light fixture would not arrive in time, so we rescheduled for June 31st...The rep ask for a $200 deposit up front so I paid it...Then the light arrived early without warning so I called the rep who came to our home, and ask him to schedule it earlier. So we set it for June 18th. I called him the night before asking what time they would arrive to do the job, and he told up between 8-10:00am...They never showed. I called the Rep, but was sent to a voice mail on two attempts and I left two messages, and also send text messages to him. No answer there either! Never heard from him again! I called Mr Sparky's local office and complained to them and told them to cancel this job, and that I wanted my $200 deposit back, to be refunded to my credit card. She told me they could not do this, and that it had to be done from another office. I said, "well go ahead and get it done" Still waiting!"

"Best Sod vendor in TV. Do you need high quality St. Augustine Sod? Call Codys Sod and Landscaping… I am glad I did. Service and communication were both excellent. I ordered a pallet of sod, and they used gas powered skimmer to remove the grass down to the sand, then laid a layer of rich dark topsoil, and then installed some of the highest quality sod I have ever seen. They said it was cut that morning. This is a review from a happy paying customer trying to share with my neighbors a great contractor you can rely on that has a high-quality product. Hard to find. "A sinkhole developed in our front lawn overnight. I hired Ashton Bosley, of A-T Solutions, who held himself out to be an "expert" at sinkhole repair. The cost, including sod was $2525. which was in the same ballpark as other estimates I received. Ashton pounded sand into the hole, and one week later it fell in again, and was worse than it was originally. A STERN discussion was required for him to agree it was not fixed correctly, and that clay should have been filled into the hole. He did fix it again, but refused to replace the sod, which was dead at this point, because when the hole collapsed again, they had to rip the sod off to fix the hole. When I texted him about fixing the sod, which was included in his contract, he said I'd have to pay another $455.00 to have it replaced. I'm disappointed that we had to deal with the sinkhole for an additional two weeks, and disappointed that I'm going to have to spend several hundred dollars more to replace the sod."
