"Simply put, a flawless process from beginning to end! When I experienced a hail storm on 01/07/23, the only thing I knew to do was contact my insurance company. I wasn't sure if I had damage or not since I wasn't climbing up on my roof. After getting an appointment with my adjustor, I knew I needed to contact a roofing company, but who? My late husband handled these type of situations and I wasn't sure who to trust doing business with. There were so many roofing company's in my little neighborhood the next day knocking on doors. I managed to avoid most all of them until I could figure out just what to do. Thank goodness for Paula, a co-worker and friend. She highly recommended Robert Coker, who has been a friend of hers for a long time. And Paula explained to me WHY she recommended Robert and Rejuven8 Roofing and Restoration. I took the info Paula gave me, gave it much thought and decided to call Robert Coker. I reached his voicemail stating he was out of town and wouldn't be back until the following week. I left a detailed message and did not expect a call back until the following week. It wasn't but an hour or two later, Robert called me back. I learned he was vacationing in Mexico. Unexpected and quite impressed at the quick return phone call. Robert told me he would be happy to help me. The adjuster and Robert Coker was at my house on time to do an inspection of my roof, detached garage and small shed in the back yard. He was very professional in communicating with the adjustor and me. After the inspection, Robert sat down with me and explained every single detail and the process. He provided written information on every aspect of the roofing process. And everything Robert told me went exactly as he stated. He handled every single thing. I couldn't believe it. From the paperwork, notifying me of the date of delivery of the materials to the date and time Rejuven8 Roofing would be starting the job. I must mention without fail, the team who put the new roof on my home, garage and shed today, did an outstanding job! They worked non-stop and in tandem! They did an awesome job and my new roof simply looks amazing! I love it! I am so pleased and happy that I chose Rejuven8 Roofing and Restoration for this project. "In Nov 2022, I hired JC's Residential Roofing & Remodeling to replace my entire roof, damaged by hail. In addition they did some minor wood repair and painting. They also replaced my entire gutters also covered by insurance due to hail. John the owner was there at the start of the project and Curtis was always around or near to support. Both communicated well via text and email or face to face. I was impressed that they were able to perform the Roof replacement within 3 days of us talking and in-between 2 rain storms. It took 1 1/2 days to do the entire roof. All work was done professionally and Curtis was responsive to questions I had. They also replaced some cracked window paines and pressure washed my entire house including windows. I highly recommend JC’s Residential - 5 stars!"

"My project was for new roof n gutters, I had to have my old 3 layers of shingles removed. The team that demolished old roof shingles did a good job. Although it was a messy task, plastic sheeting was laid down n all material was disposed off. New plywood was laid down, there were a couple of spots that the plywood was not laying completely flat n was addressed. New shingles were installed in 2 days n look great. For the new seamless gutter install, the existing fascia needed painting but Newhaus wanted an extra 4,000.00 dollars to do it. So I hired a separate painter to do it for less than half the price. The gutters proposed were not the style I wanted n had to have them switch to what I wanted. The new gutters were installed n look great. Overall I am satisfied with the quality of the work n materials used although there were a couple leaks at corners that has to be re-sealed. However dealing with Newhaus could have been better, upon signing the contract online I did not hear from them for over a week to let me know the status or when work would start. I had to text the original sales guy to ask what was going on. The were also a couple of times workers did not show up when scheduled or were late from time that they were supposed to show up."

"The roof was leaking, we needed a new roof pretty quick. Veritas (Torie and Mackenzie) worked with us to move the replacement date up. The technicians showed up early and completed the work in one day - the best part was, they left the yard cleaner than they found it. When they were done, all the old shingles were gone (even them small scraps) and they even used a magnet to pickup any loose nails. Would use them again and recommend without hesitation. Thank you."
