"Jay runs an excellent company in Janus. No one wants to see a rat diving under their house as I did the other night. I immediately logged onto Angie's List and began researching options for rodent/pest control. I was very impressed with Janus' website which reflected their knowledge of what their business is and their experience in the industry. I knew that I wanted to go with a local owner-operated company for this project due to the sensitive nature, I did not want to be on hold if something went awry. <br /> Jay came out the very next day to do an inspection and provide me a quote. He was punctual, professional, and friendly.We worked out a fair deal and he went right to work setting up traps. <br /> Within the first week Jay has come back to my house twice to collect the rats that have been caught and reset the traps. He's done it usually within a few hours of me calling, and even though I signed up for weekly visits he has not made one issue of coming back whenever a rodent has been caught.  <br /> No one wants a rodent or pest problem, but when you have one I am sure we all want to work with a vendor that understands how important it is for you and your family to sleep in peace. "Nature Rite came out to remove Paper Wasps nests that had accumulated under the awnings of my house. The Nature Rite representative was very professional and had a wealth of information to share with me regarding why and how Paper Wasps build their nests. The representative was also very straight forward and honest. He offered to do the removal or gave me the option to choose to buy my own bug spray and remove the nests myself, stating that I could save money doing it myself! The Nature Rite representative also shared that I could do the removal during the evening since Wasps cannot see in the dark During his inspection of my house he also spotted a couple of empty bird's nests and informed me of the pest danger of keeping the nests on my property, stating that bird mites that feed on the bird could come into the house. The Nature Rite representative helped with the removal of the bird's nest as well. Overall I had a great experience and will look to Nature Rite again for any of my pest control needs!"

"Excellent response time. Friendly and professional technician went out of his way to educate me on the best rodent prevention for my home. Traps were placed in my attic and checked every couple of days until no more were caught. Technician also repaired under house vents with hardware cloth to keep rodents out. And the ants are gone. They are also careful not to spray near food bearing plants. I am aware that their service cost is higher than Orkin, but not by much. $45 monthly for service every two months (includes unlimited free callbacks between service dates if needed). They also set up auto pay so I don't have to remember to pay yet another bill. They did not spray interior of home, but will do so if needed. I like that they use care in application of product and are willing to swing by more frequently to take care of issues as they arise. Great customer service."

"They come out every other month.  I pay them by the service.  If I find bugs or something else disturbing me they come out again for free once I have already paid.  They are very responsive.  Their pricing is in line with everyone else in the industry.  They knock on my door when they arrive to let me know to let me know that they are there and to find out if I have any problems in particular.  They take care of anything I need them to.  I would use them again in the future."

"Fred, the Rep. for the company was prompt. I took him on a tour of what I most wanted done and asked questions about several things that I was thinking of for the house, garage and outside. He was polite and took his time in checking out every inch and gave me suggestions and explained what they could do as far as lawn and my flower beds. He supplied me with booklets and information on insects, flowers and lawn treatments and not once did he try to pressure me into any contracts. We talked and laughed about my lack of knowledge of keeping the lawn and flowers at their best. He left and gave me plenty of time to read over all the materials he had left with his cell phone number for any questions I might have later. What was most impressive to me was that I made all the decisions on what I wanted done  and was able to talk to him about thoses decisions with complete satisfaction and no pressure. I was even told that at any time I could change or add a treatment when I wanted to.  Decisions made, appointments set up and kept on time, work very professional and a call from the office for next appointment and to make sure everything went well. Could not ask for better service that works."

"Mike was great. He was clear on when he would be troubleshooting at an hourly rate (reasonable as we didn’t know what or where the problem was) and when he working on the rest of the project at the flat rate. He was very clean and thorough and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product!"

"Called on Sunday, service tech was there within a few hours. Awesome in my book. Walked around the house, took the time to talk to me, but didn't exactly explain what he was going to do. I "thought" he was going to do a lot more, but it got the job done so that's OK. He explained I had to pay $50/month for "continued" ant spray service or else he wouldn't set the traps. Not great but OK. Caught a mouse a few days later and they came the next day, took care of it no worries. When they came back for a "continued" cleaning, removed a wasp nest we didn't know we had. So all in all bit on the pricey side but great service. <br />"
