Just this month I received an e-mail asking if I could use any additional services to me, in response I asked about the sagging corner and an unrelated technical question. A few hours later that day Garret called not only to schedule an install of the new inverter, but to my surprise he also said that because we were having problems with pigeons living under the solar panels that he would install critter guard to prevent the pigeons from going underneath the panels for no charge. "I have absolutely no complaints about Smart Solar Power. There was no pressure sales on the front end and the sales people were extremely knowledgeable about the county programs available (HERO here in San Bernardino County) to assist us in owning the panels. The installers did a neat and professional installation, right down to painting the conduit to match the house. The system has been on for 6 months now and I have been closely tracking the daily production versus the usage at Edison. We have been spinning the meter backwards, even when running an air conditioner. (However, when it hits over 100 degrees, I expect that we will use more than we produce. This is expected.) We have had no service issues nor any malfunctions so far."
