They made sure that the patio was pitched away from our house to avoid any water flowing back into our foundation and used top notch materials for the base to ensure the pavers don't shift or settle over time. They got all the base, border, and pavers installed in November of last year and followed through on completion of the project with polysand this spring. "Rodrigo and his team are phenomenal! Blue Star went above and beyond what we imagined. Rodrigo’s communication is very strong; he continued to follow up with us regarding the timeline of the project. He always texted within hours of us corresponding. His team arrived on time or sometimes early (in a good way), and they worked very efficiently. They accommodated our unique requests to make sure the concrete sloped well so that we wouldn’t have any more rain pooling next to our house. After our initial project of the concrete sidewalk, we asked Rodrigo and his team to come back to add a patio. They even seeded our grass and added fertilizer around the projects and in our front yard— which wasn’t even part of the what we paid for; they truly exceed expectations! They did incredible work on both projects, and we are so thankful that the concrete accomplished the practical task of improving water drainage and it looks amazing too!"

"They were slow to start, giving 4 different dates before actually starting but then kept working on the landscaping until completed. Once they were immersed in the landscaping I asked if they could add a fence panel to our existing fence and put another panel on the outside of the yard but still part of original fence. Then they gave 4 different dates to do this but never showed up until Nov 24. They completed the fence finally. I had a metal arch that needed repair or replacement. They left that arch laying in back of the garage this whole time and on the 24th they picked up the arch and left. Never told me about the arch resolution. In April of this year I contacted the owner and asked him to complete the landscaping behind the shed because they took the arch away. He then told me he couldn't find anyone to fix the arch and he said the new ones were cheap metal. I told him then to forget the arch and put the stones there that he had used next to the garage. He has never answered that nor given me a date to complete this space."
