"I calked JR Plumbing at 7:00 AM. Steve took my call on call and scheduled our replacement the same day. Steve had me take several pictures so he could order the correct water heater. Don came to disconnect the faulty water heater on time. The new water heater arrived and John came to reinstall the new appliance. John took his time, even answering my questions. John worked past 5 PM to install the water heater so would not have to wait another day. John had to overcome issues with the pan below the water heater. This was the second time we called on JR Plumbing for a plumbing replacement. The first was an in sink disposer."
