Final cost and end product were exactly as quoted. They obtained building permits as needed, He kept us informed of any delays in the construction dates, due to weather & delays in other projects. Plants were healthy and all are thriving except a few small ones that didn't survive the winter. We got exactly what we wanted at a competitive price and without any hassle. "Cannot recommend. They promised weeding, pre-emergence, edging, and mulch. The attached pictures are the final product after 4 return trips. The initial pictures of the work was unbelievably awful. The job is still not complete, mulch is so thin I can see dirt, and weeds already growing rapidly in all the beds after a few weeks. I prepaid the contractor in full."
