"I am always weary when hiring someone for a service-related need. I recently purchased a new home that needed a fair amount of work prior to move in. I also was not in a position to take off work to address these issues. Jesse was able to conduct a walkthrough the day after closing and began work the next business day. What I appreciated most about working with Root?s was the level of communication and transparency. Jesse was always very responsive and kept me in the loop. Hell of a nice guy that I didn?t have any concerns about handing my keys over to as well."

We pride our company on reliability, great communication, integrity, and quality work. We are experts in our trade and will do our best to keep you as educated as we can on your particular task or project. We look forward to earning your business!

"I would suggest that you have a quote for the job given in writing."

"I was so surprised to see the finished job. I couldn't believe how neat and tidy the yard was. I had some fallen tree branches and debris along with the leaves that needed to cleaned up. It really looked nice!"

"Fast and friendly Did everything I asked them to do with a smile"

"Polite, on time, showed up, proper quote, finished the work, cleaned up, invoiced when work was complete."

"Heather and her team did a deep clean on their first visit to my condo in Harbor Springs. When we arrived here on Friday you cannot imagine how delighted I was by the results. Sparkling clean, windows and screens (imagine that) immaculate, floors polished, cupboards, woodwork, crown moldings, all cleaned and fresh. Heather and her team actually move furniture to do the rugs! (Many housekeepers “clean around” objects and dust around items on tables and shelves). Heather and the Maid to Clean service will be doing routine cleaning every two weeks and deep cleaning 3x’s a year. PS. They put things back in the right place.???"

"Glen and his crew are very dependable and take great pride in their work. Our property is a tough terrain to clean up and I'm always pleased with the excellent job done. Always responsive when we need mowing services. Also, Glen noticed our decks were in need of being re-stained and offered up his services. Our decking and stairs look so much better! Their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!"

"He's extremely courteous, respectful. enthusiastic. He consistently goes above and beyond to please customers; he even did some research on ideas that we liked to make sure we were comfortable with his services. Showed extreme integrity and professionalism. When they came out, He was responsible and even went above and beyond to deliver on time and exceed expectations. He always does what he said and also says what he does. I cannot say enough good things about his company!"
