I called and not only did the receptionist pick up the phone, but she was able to schedule someone to come out a few days later. Antonio came out and assessed my roof. He found that roof was not damaged, but was able to find the source of the water damage. There is a pipe that is attached to the roof and it came loose, allowing water to tickle down and drip onto the ceiling of my kitchen. He did not hesitate to volunteer himself to fix it and he did not charge me for it. I would recommend this company a thousand times over. Their attentiveness and customer service is nothing short of the Chick-fil-A standard."

"My experience with this company from the 1st phone call to the installation to the service after the job was
completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. "Johnny called me same day, on the weekend and drove right over. He checked it out, told me what he thought was the cause, and then asked me when I was free to do the work. He ended up saving me about 800 dollars from a previous inspection because they (Not J&J Roofing) wanted to replace the whole side instead of the just the source of the leak. Johnny, then came over the NEXT morning on his day off to fix my roof because of my hectic schedule! He was very professional, punctual, and matter of fact. Would definitely recommend him to any one needing roofing done!"

"We bought this roofing special through Angies List and almost immediately upon purchase, the owner was in touch with us. Over the Top Roofing was one of three companies we asked for estimates. We later saw that they were offering a deal through Angies List and so we went with them. The owner was in touch almost immediately and work started on the house very shortly after that. A crew showed up early in the morning and worked steadily for most of the day. They returned the next day and finished up the job. The owner was a constant visitor to the site to check on the work being done and to speak with the workers. He was not just a sidewalk supervisor, he climbed up the ladder to check the quality and the progress himself. And kept us informed. 
After the main part of the roof was completed, the owner showed up for three successive (almost) days to finish up the roof on the added room. The rain and weather interrupted that progress but as soon as it was possible, he was back to finish up the job. 
Upon completion, the owner showed up to run a magnetic device to pick up stray nails out of the driveway and walks. There was no debris left anywhere after the job.

"They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."
