Vitor was the 1, glad I found him at a time when we were at the apex of slimy contractors showing their true colors. But not Vitor. He was the epitome of patience and honesty. Our family was scrambling to get drywall work done and he waited for us for weeks and always checked in to see when we were ready. Vitor is an honest guy and had good recommendations for us for things outside of his scope. I know he wasn’t playing us. He didn’t feel like a salesman eating off disaster, like a lot of the vendors on AL did. He did very good work on our floor replaced the whole house. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
