"Geno was very reliable and responsive. He worked with my schedule and was still able to get everything done in a timely manner for a great price. First I needed a gutter replaced and he was able come out and give me a quote within the next day or so. After I let him know that I wanted him to do the work he came out in the next few days and got it done fast and for the exact price he quoted. I also had Geno quote me for a couple different projects around the house. Ended up going with him to replace the roof. He was helpful when rescheduling due to weather and the they were able to complete the job and cleanup in a day. I would not hesitate to use Geno's Siding and Roofing again in the future and would gladly recommend him to others."

Since our roof was old, there was uncertainty about what they'd find under certain sections of the roof, but they handled everything flexibly and professionally. They used top-grade materials and now our roof is set for the next 50 years! They cleaned up as they went, and by the time they left our place was immaculate. And through it all James was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely hire him again -- in fact we did hire him right away to paint our house and they did a great job with that too! "Was being proactive to replace 20 yr old asphalt roof obtaining quotes (~3700 sq. ft., pay by check). In midst of getting quotes roof leaked due to big storms in June 2019! Taking this into account in my quoting, Tycos offered to put tarp over leaking area for free until job starts. This was one of my deciding factors to go with Tycos. John on sales end was by far the most pleasant of all quotes I got, not pushy, quick meeting, and was the only one that came with satellite estimate of roof details to give accurate estimate. Once down payment given, it was a bit disconcerting that it took them 4 days to get promised tarp on roof (the longer the wait, the more potential ceiling drywall damage from rains). John also left the impression that there would be a site supervisor involved during the whole process. This was absolutely not the case. The site supervisor Jon (no "h") called to let me know the day crew was arriving. On day install began, only the crew was present (nice guys, worked exceedingly hard from ~7:30a to sundown). After first day, crew said nothing and just left. There was zero communication on how much longer project would take at end of first day. I would not have taken the full day off work if I knew this. It ended up taking 2 full days given size of roof. After first day, my sons and I in the evening took advantage of rented dumpster to throw out some old stuff around home we did not need. Walking to/from house/dumpster my shoe got stabbed twice with nails. I had to visually make sure driveway was clear so my car tires would not get stabbed going to work the next morning. Jon the site supervisor spent a total ~15 minutes at home AFTER job was finished to quickly hop on roof to look at completed job and collect the final payment. Final cost ended up being $4.30 per sqr. ft. for CertainTeed Landmark shingles and 20 year Tycos workmanship warranty. Overall, I would recommend Tycos, but site supervisor needs to be more communicative and active during install."

"Alvin did an excellent job replacing my roof. He was polite and smiled frequently. Went over everything he was doing for the roof repair with my family. He and his team found 3 baby squirrels in the soffits. He put them in a box. Momma squirrel did come back and get her babies! I would recommend Zook Roofing and Beyond to anyone who needs work on their roof. He is a skilled roofer."
