He is thorough in preparing his bid, and his crew boss, Mike Nadeau, is outstanding in his follow-through. As in any large job there are unexpected surprises. But they were handled with flexibility and keen attention to detail. Dale and Mike has many good suggestions for dealing with unexpected things that came up. They wanted it to be top-quality in every way. Our house was a triple-decker in downtown Northampton – a rental unit that we were turning into condos. The original dark cedar shakes has exceeded their expected life span, but we loved how they looked. The vinyl is now white, and the place looks like a million bucks and is all bright and shiny. Igor's Construction was born out of a IGOR's Siding, registered by the owner in 2003 in Philadelphia, PA, initially specializing in remodeling and siding installation or removal. As the company grew, adding up years of experience, our area of specialty expanded accordingly. Realizing that while covering different areas of the construction business, the need for a change of name became more appropriate. As the economy of our country began to struggle, so did the homeowner. Realizing that the energy preservation, weatherization and appearance of environmentally friendly products was the cue for the modern home improvement practices, Igor's Construction has adapted accordingly. His team showed up on time and worked 12 hour days to get our job done in between rain storms (I was also impressed that they took legally required breaks). The job was finished in the time frame that Igor promised and looks great. Vinyl siding can look messy because the pieces have to overlap in places but they worked hard to make the front and side of the house look good (and it does). . They also left the worksite spotless - ground clean and everything reattached and put back in place. They delivered everything exactly as promised. Would hire them again!"

The ones that are more hidden they didn't bother to wrap or caulk correctly. Called the office and they said that if they "fixed the issues" it would be more damage. Never have I been more disappointed by crap customer service."
