"Brian & Nick did a good job, except that I have been waiting over 1 week for them to come back and add a little more grout around one of the pieces of ceramic tile. I've called Brian twice and both times he was to come and never did. I'm beginning to wonder if he will ever come back.....except that I had already recommended him to a couple of neighbors, maybe I'll see him then. If not for that I would give him 5 stars!"
