"Ben is an incredible guy as well as businessman. I had the opportunity to work with him on two separate homes in regards to proposals, and finally had a chance to hire him for our new home in Burbank, which involved the removal of four layers of old shake roofing, new plywood, and insulation. When local suppliers were out of stock on the particular shingles we wanted, he found samples and a supplier well over an hours drive and delivered them to my office for review. I was blown away by his efforts. Also, I am not a roofing expert so I asked some family members with a great deal of experience, and everyone said it was clear from the start that Ben wanted to do a great job and it was clear he was trying to give us as much value as possible for what our budget afforded. Since the completion of the roof, Ben has been generous with his time, and just the other day, offered free advice on a project and even took the time to FaceTime me, which I am grateful for. "Erik was a good salesman and his workers did a good job demoing the old roof and putting on the new one. Erik was always available via text or phone if we had any concerns. The only issue we had was the clean up. We found a lot of debris from the demolition behind our garage. Apparently, they did not bother to check there. They did a pretty good job around the house though. Erik had is workers clean up debris that got into our stove hood (pieces of wood had gotten into the fan area). Overall, we were pleased at the job performed."
