"I’m caring for my 92 year old widowed Mother who needed a bed frame with headboard footboard with king mattress assembled immediately and damaged vinyl floor tiles replaced in a small bathroom. Tim arrived within 15 minutes of me speaking to him. Tim agreed to do the tasks at a phenomenally low price. The bed assembly was beyond complicated that’s why my Husband and I hired Tim who professionally assembled it even though the directions had crucial screws labeled incorrectly and over 100 pieces. Taking no break and not even accepting the offer for coffee Tim quickly moved onto ripping up the old vinyl tiles in the bathroom and installing 24” X aprox 48” tiles in the bathroom. He did an excellent job and that floor is so beautiful. It’s faux marble with clear caulk which looks so fresh and clean. I am thrilled with Tim’s hard work ethic, polite manners, skilled craftsmanship and trailer full of all the right tools. I plan on using Tim again and already referred him to a Friend. "

We a had a get together at our house before the date he was to return and my wife asked if he could possibly do it before then. He called me one night before our get together and said he felt bad that he couldn't get it done for the event, and decided he would squeeze it in somehow. He did, and it was a wonderful outcome. Advance warning to remove cars from garages before re-roofing to prevent damage by falling debris. Continuous work on the job till completed, except. Worked unit by unit, removing old roofing in the AM and completing deck and eave prep and new roofing installation before leaving in the evening, so as not to leave a bare roof deck overnight. Supplied several well-trained, efficient, safety-conscious, courteous crews. Thereafter, a separate crew replaced gutters and downspouts, extruding gutters on-site to precise length. Lyster did all detailed work required by the contract. Impressed me and the other board members. Our manager had used Lyster before to re-roof a similar one of his other properties and recommended Lyster."

"My husband purchased the work from Groupon. It was for 3 hours of drywall. We had some minor drywall repairs around our door frames. It took forever to get a response. My husband had to call a few times. Rick was polite when he and my husband spoke. I spoke with Rick to arrange the date and he told me I would not be charged for the plaster since it took so long to schedule and that a special kind of quick dry plaster would be used so that it could be sanded the same day. <br /> Once scheduled, the worker was polite and arrived on time. However he missed plastering around one of the door frames and charged me $50 for the materials. He also did not use the quick dry plaster so it was not sanded. <br /> <br />"

It turned out that I was outside of their service area, but Eric took the time to listen to what my problem was. He then gave me the names of the products I needed and the steps I could take to fix it myself, as the problem wasn't as big or difficult as I originally thought. Not only will I be able to knock out this project in a weekend, it ended up saving me close to $300."
