"Mark went above and beyond our expectations. We had several areas with dry rot and he replaced the sub flooring at no extra charge! He also did excellent work installing the transition pieces. Mark even rented a sander to sand some uneven surfaces. He hauled away all debris leftovers, vacuumed and swept the floors. All the underlay, laminate hardwood and baseboard were installed perfectly. He has a great work ethic and didn't even take breaks. Excellent communication and customer service skills. We highly recommend him to anyone."

My biggest complaint that is not that bad was the installers were slow getting it in. they did a lot of running back and forth from two different areas they were working on and appeared that maybe one of the two was having issues or not sure (Just my thought). After all work was done it did and does look good. We are happy with the results."
